changing background tutorial
1. open your image by shortcut Ctrl+O
2. than choose the paths tool or press B on your keyboard

3. make a selection to your object like this
4. than click select>from path, or use your keyboard by pressing Shift + V
5. to make a better selection, choose the feather for your selection and change the default number with 2.000 px

6. clear (delete) the selected area
7. than open your other picture that desired to be your background, than make rectangle selection (R), than copy to your photo

8. make a new layer by pressing Ctrl+Shift+N, than paste in this layer, don’t forget to click anchor layer
9. move up your photo layer like this

10. active your photo layer, make a duplicate layer from this layer and make selection on white area by using Fuzzy Select or press U on your keyboard, don’t forget to change the feather, use 2.000 px


11. clear the selected area, and you have changed your photo background with GIMP (^^,)
