how to make cool abstract background
this tutorial is about how to make cool abstract background, but this tutorial is not for beginner. because it it need advanced technique to modify the image. try these steps:
1. make new file with black as background
2. create new layer and fill with many circles shape (how to make it? read circle shape first)
3. then fill with white, and turn down the opacity, then make outer line around that circles
4. copy the circle shapes 3 or more ( up to you)
5. for the copy layers, make it blur
6. then mak a new layer and fill with rainbow gradients
7. then change layer mode from normal into overlay….Finish
